• 250 g cannellini beans
  • 30 g tahini paste – 30 g capers
  •  juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • salt, pepper and extra-virgin olive oil to taste
  • 3 slices of bread to serve the hummus
  • sesame seeds and mint leaves to decorate

Cannellini beans hummus with capers and mint

Blend all the ingredients together to obtain a smooth cream. Adjust the thickness of the hummus by adding water. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Toast the slices of bread and serve the cannellini hummus with a sprinkling of mint, sesame seeds and some whole capers. Share with friends to enjoy even more!
