We at Pedon have been selecting pulses, grains and seeds for over 35 years. And as you can imagine, after 35 years of “not this one, this one”, we’ve got a very good idea of the meaning of quality. This is why, when we decided to call this range “Dalla buona terra” (“From the Good Earth”), we did so with full peace of mind, certain that we could offer a range of truly outstanding standard and organic ingredients. A traditional style of cooking and traditionally good flavour, they can also be used in surprising ways.
