250 g I Salvaminuti Ancient Grains
300 g salmon
40 g chopped pistachio
60 g green beans
1 green apple
garlic, extra virgin olive oil and salt
Crunchy pistachio salmon with ancient grains, green beans and green apple
Cook the Ancient Grains in a pan in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.
Cut the green beans in half, boil in salted water for 5 minutes and then fry in a pan with a drizzle of oil, garlic and turmeric for 3 minutes. Salt to taste. Once cooked, add to the Ancient Grains.
Take the salmon, cover with a drizzle of olive oil and coat in the chopped pistachio. Make sure that the coating is sticking well and then fry the salmon in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes.
Serve the salmon with the Ancient Grains and julienne green apple. A feast fit for a foodie!
