Ancient grains and lentils with salmon and avocado

Cut the avocado into small pieces and add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the salmon into cubes, chop up the rocket and mix together with the avocado.



Peel the orange and break into small wedges. Soften the ancient grains and lentils in a pan or microwave for 1 minute and add to the other ingredients. Dress to taste and serve with the chopped chives. Smell the scent of success.
