• 250 g 7 grains
  • 200 g cleaned prawns
  • 100 g fresh porcini mushrooms
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, curry spices and pumpkin seeds to taste

Seven grains with curry prawns and porcini mushrooms

Sear the prawns in a pan with the garlic and a drizzle of oil for 1 minute. Simmer with the juice of the lemon, add salt, pepper and curry spices and set aside. Cut the carrot and porcini mushrooms into small pieces and brown in the pan with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.


Pour over a glass of water and cook for 5 minutes. Add the 7 grains, the prawns, a glass of water and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with pumpkin seeds to taste. Buon appetito!
