I Salvaminuti Grains and Pulses
1/2 celery stick
300 g button mushrooms
1/2 clove of garlic
1.5 l vegetable stock
extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Fry the leek, carrot, celery, sliced mushrooms and garlic in oil.
Add the Grain and Pulse mix and the vegetable stock, and boil for 10-12 minutes.
Adjust the salt and pepper and serve with croûtons and a drizzle of rosemary oil.
