250 g spelt
120 g feta cheese
1 cucumber
9 cherry tomatoes
fresh mint leaves as required
oil and salt to taste
Place the spelt in a bowl and mix with a drizzle of oil and salt.
Separately, clean and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and dice the feta. Finally peel the cucumber and cut it into rounds. Add all the ingredients to the spelt, mix together and adjust the salt and oil. Place the salad in a bowl or large serving dish and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
