I Salvaminuti Pulses and Millet
1 leek, chopped
1/2 clove of garlic
50 g spinach
100 g green asparagus
1.5 l vegetable stock
salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil
chives
In a pan, fry the chopped leek, garlic, spinach and chopped asparagus in a drizzle of oil.
Add the vegetable stock and the Pulse and Millet mix and boil for 10-12 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and serve with a sprinkling of chives. Enjoy!
