Originating from volcanic landscapes, Pedina lentils are a fine lentil variety that hold their shape extraordinarily well when cooked. And not only do Pedina lentils do you good with their nutritional properties, they help you do good to other people too. Through Pedina Lentils,\u00a0Pedon supports Banco Alimentare<\/strong>, the Italian food bank, which has been collecting and distributing surplus food to the people who need it most for 30 years. Pedon contributes to help families in need\u00a0with the donation of more than 55.000 servings of pulses and grains<\/strong>, but also with a contribution to cover the cost for the distribution of\u00a0125.000 meals<\/strong>\u00a0in all national territory.
Pedina Lentils<\/strong>\u00a0don\u2019t just consider people, they\u00a0consider the environment<\/strong>\u00a0too. That\u2019s why the\u00a0packaging is made from pulses<\/strong>. Basically, we recover the vegetal waste usually discarded during the production process and use it to make the paper.
