Smooth, tasty and creamy, it\u2019s an\u00a0<strong>Easter first course<\/strong>\u00a0that is genuine, colourful and smells of spring.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s take a look at how to prepare this recipe!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR THE PUREED PEA SOUP\u00a0<\/strong>(for 4 people)<\/p>\n<p>500 g\u00a0<a title=\"Dalla Buona Terra\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pedon.it\/en\/products\/dalla-buona-terra\/\"><strong>Dalla Buona Terra<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<strong>Pedon peas<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 shallot<br \/>Course salt to taste<br \/>Hot water as needed<br \/>Extra virgin olive oil (EVO) to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR THE BUCKWHEAT GNOCCHI<\/strong>(4 people)<\/p>\n<p>300 g buckwheat flour<br \/>150 ml water<br \/>Salt to taste<br \/>Pepper to taste<br \/>30 g Grated Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>PUREED SOUP PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make pureed pea soup with buckwheat gnocchi, start by preparing the pureed pea soup:<\/p>\n<p>Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Finely chop a shallot and fry it in the pan.<br \/>Add the\u00a0<strong>Pedon peas<\/strong>\u00a0to the pan to heat them up.
