NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003. The data entered in the space above and subsequently collected will be processed in accordance with Italian legislative decree 196/2003. Pursuant to art. 13 of said decree, please note that: a) Personal data will solely be used for the management of correspondence and will be processed with computerized and other means. They may be used in an anonymous form for statistical analyses or in various articles and essays; b) provision of the data is obligatory; c) refusal to supply the aforementioned data will render it impossible to provide some or all services; d) the data supplied will only be transmitted to the controller and not to third parties. Data subjects have the rights provided for by art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003 (quoted below); e) the controller of the data provided is Pedon SpA. Art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003 - Right to access personal data and other rights. 1. Data subjects have the right to be given confirmation of the existence of personal data about them or lack thereof, even if the data have yet to be recorded, and to be provided with intelligible details of them. 2. Data subjects have the right to be given details: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the aims and means of processing; c) of the logic applied if processing is carried out with the assistance of electronic tools; d) of the identity of the controller, the supervisors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, section 2; e) of the persons or categories of persons that may be provided with the personal data or that may become aware of them in their roles as a designated representative in the Italian national territory, a supervisor or a processor. 3. Data subjects have the right to obtain: a) updating, correction or, if applicable, additions to the data; b) deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of any data that have been processed illegally, including data which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the parties to whom the data have been transmitted or disclosed have been informed of the procedures mentioned in sections a) and b), including in terms of their content, unless this measure proves impossible or requires the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the right being protected. 4. Data subjects have the right to fully or partially oppose: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data about them, even if the data are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data about them with the aim of sending advertising or direct sales materials, conducting market research or delivering business correspondence. By entering the data requested and completing the sending procedure, data subjects automatically give their "consent" for the data collected to be processed. Nonetheless, they will still have the rights provided for by the abovementioned art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003, including the right to deletion as indicated above or by sending a request to the data controller.
